# Agents: List agent templates (https://docs.envocal.ai/api-reference/agents/list-agent-templates/)

> Templates (agents with isTemplate true) that the tenant can use: its own and those of its parent tenants.

## GET `/v1/tenants/{tenantId}/agent-templates`

Templates (agents with `isTemplate` true) that the tenant can use: its own and those of its parent tenants.

**Required permission:** `agents:read`

### Parameters

| `tenantId` | path | required | string | Tenant id, or `current` for the key's own tenant. Must be the key's tenant or one of its sub-tenants. |

### Responses

**200** — AgentTemplateListItemDto[]: The templates, sorted by name.

| `name` | string | required | Template name. |
| `description` | string | nullable | Template description. |
| `tenantId` | string | required | Tenant that owns the template (this tenant or a parent). |
| `tenantName` | string | nullable | Name of that tenant. |

**401**: Missing, invalid, revoked or expired API key.

**403**: The key lacks the required permission, or the tenant/resource is outside its reach.

**429**: Rate limit exceeded. Retry after the number of seconds in the Retry-After header.
